Back in the day, websites were clunky affairs. Difficult to navigate, even more difficult to build let alone maintain.

We see plenty of church websites that were built as though it were still 1999. We're not just thinking about design here, but also how awkward it is to keep on top of updates.

Forgetting to keep the site up-to-date

If a site is difficult to maintain, it's difficult to keep it up-to-date. It should be easy! You shouldn't need to be a techie to maintain it.

We see so many church websites proudly proclaiming the events that are going on - only to forget they were last year!

Being unrealistic

We have to be real. It's far better to be honest about the technical ability and resources your church has. It helps us build a website suitable for YOUR church.
